Thank you for your interest in Albany State University. We invite you to visit our campus to learn more about our heritage, academic excellence, and Life at ASU. Campus tours are hosted by our Holley Ambassadors. Holley Ambassadors are student leaders who serve as the official host and hostesses of Albany State University. To better serve our guests, advanced scheduling is mandatory for all tours. Tours will not be given in inclement weather or on holidays. We look forward to meeting you!

Campus tours will not be held on the following dates:
- Labor Day: Monday, September 1, 2025
- Fall Midterm Week: October 6, 2025-October 12, 2025
- Thanksgiving and Christmas Break: November 24, 2025-January 12, 2026
- MLK Holiday: January 19, 2026
- Spring Midterm Week: March 4, 2026-March 6, 2026
- Spring Break: March 9, 2026-March 13, 2026
- Memorial Day: May 25, 2026
- Juneteenth: June 19, 2026
- Independence Day: July 4, 2026

- Where do I park
Parking for visitors is available in the open space to the right of the Albany State Police Department as you enter into the institution.
- Where do I meet my tour guide?
You will meet your tour guide in the lobby of the Billy C. Black Building.
- Will I still be allowed to take a campus tour if I am running late?
Anyone who is running late has a grace period of TEN minutes. Failure to arrive within the set grace period, will result in your tour being CANCELLED. If you have any issues about Financial Aid, Admissions, Registrar, or Student Accounts, you can also visit our Ram Central on the west campus.
- How do I receive a school excuse for going on an Albany State campus tour?
For school excuses, please send an email to campustours@asurams.edu including both your first and last names, as well as your email address.
