Description
Thank you for your interest in Albany State University. We invite you to visit our campus to learn more about our heritage, academic excellence, and Life at ASU. Campus tours are hosted by our Holley Ambassadors. Holley Ambassadors are student leaders who serve as the official host and hostesses of Albany State University. To better serve our guests, advanced scheduling is mandatory for all tours. Tours will not be given in inclement weather or on holidays. We look forward to meeting you!
For tours that include more than 10 people, please email campustours@asurams.edu or shelbi.ham@asurams.edu. Campus tours will not be held on the following dates:
- Labor Day: Monday, September 2, 2024
- Fall Midterm Week: October 7, 2024-October 11, 2024
- Fall Break: October 14, 2024-October 15, 2024
- Thanksgiving and Christmas Break: November 25, 2024-January 20, 2025
- MLK Holiday: January 20, 2025
- Spring Midterm Week: March 3, 2025-March 7, 2025
- Spring Break: March 10, 2025-March 14, 2025
- Memorial Day: May 26, 2025
- Juneteenth: June 19, 2025
- Independence Day: July 4, 2025
Questions & Answers
Parking for visitors is available in the open space to the right of the Albany State Police Department as you enter into the institution.
You will meet your tour guide in the lobby of the Billy C. Black Building.
Anyone who is running late has a grace period of fifteen minutes. You can reschedule your campus tour for a later time or date after twenty minutes based off of availability. If you have any issues about Financial Aid, Admissions, Registrar, or Student Accounts, you can also visit our Ram Central on the west campus.
